Need a 2 bedroom hotel room in Historical district

We are looking for a nice, 2 bedroom suite type hotel near the Historical district/Plaza. We have a reservation at Ambres hotel in the Zona Rosa, but I'm worried it's out of the way. Any suggestions?

Well I thought I had posted it under Mexico City, but obviously I didn't push the right button.

I wasn't Nit picking -- I was actually trying to help. There are other historic districts besides in Mexico / Mexico City and other 'Zona Rosas' . . .

I've asked the moderators to add a 'Mexico' tag for you . . .

All you had to do is look at the other thread and you'd have seen it's for the DF.

I have never heard of any Zona Rosa other than Mexico City, but maybe that's me.

The Zona Rosa is certainly not out of the way, nor is that hotel. YOu may not want to stay there for other reasons, but that shouldn't be one of them. that hotel is practically right next to a metro stop, for one thing (Insurgentes). assuming you meant Amberes.

There are other areas that would be much better than the Zona Rosa.
