Help with Tours in Costa Rica

I am on a moderate budget, and was wondering if anyone as any information on tours of white water rafting, hikes, etc in CR. My friend and I are in your Mid-late twenties with adventure in our souls looking for moderately priced tours. We are pretty flexible and in good health so any great (and safe) adventures ideas would be appricated I would really love information on specific tour companies...thanks again !

Best deal in town, I suggest you go do your tours from Casa Girasol lodge in Sabana Sur located in a quiet, safe, residential neighberhood 1 block from Sabana metropolitain park, all tour companies pick you up at the lodge , double rooms with bathroom is $25 and they're realy nice.

Hi,
I use Kap's Place in San Jose. Great small hotel with many affordable rooms. Run by a family. Has kitchen priviledges. Super clean.

Karla knows every budget tour in the country and has transportation much cheaper to some areas than others.

Every guest I have sent there has been very happy. Friendly atmosphere with lots of exchanged ideas between the guests, too. Coffee pot is always on!
