Glacier NP Argentina
hi I am struggling with trying to schedulke time to see both the N and S (from el Calafate and Chalten) parts of Glacier NP. I had thought 4 days included travel to and from Bs As would be ok but am now wondering esp as the availability ofreasonable flights mid January dries up (do we need 5 days total for quality experience). Can any one suggest itineraries once there and accomodations at or near both towns. Willing to py extra for a great setting w/ good food and interesting access to glaciers. Not particularly in lavish rooms as we intend to be outdoors.
Also what will the weather be like both temps and precipitation and can one rent boots and parkas ther?
Thanks
AndrewDavid

AndrewDavid, if I click on "argentina" this thread shows up as the 4th listing so it's getting picked up.
Maybe you already know this but there is no separate space for "Argentina", all the posts will appear in the Latin America section but if you put the "Argentina" tag on it then it will also show up as a sub-set if someone clicks "Argentina" and does a search. Then only the posts with the Argentina flag set will be listed.
Also note that Fodors says they are having various problems with the Search function at the moment.
