Family Language School Before Costa Rica Manuel Antonio Vacation - Ideas?

Jump to last reply

We've already booked a week at Tulemar for Spring Break 2015 for our family and another family together. I'm considering taking the kids out a week ahead and going down for a language program before our beachy/adventure fun with friends.

Kids will be 8, 11, 14 - They are all in school where they have spanish 3-5 times a week since Kindergarten. I took college spanish but have lost much of it.

I'd want to return to San Jose to meet up with my husband when he flies in a week later and then all transfer together to MA.

We'll be doing a week near beach and so really wouldn't want to be on the beach before joining friends and dad.

I see CPI has option in Heredia which seems fine.

I think my introverted kids might be worn out with homestay AND classses but that might be the best option if we're going to make the effort.

We've long dreamed of taking kids to a language school...Costa Rica wouldn't have been the first choice for that adventure. But considering options to add on to our already planned trip.

We have traveled through India so we're flexible.

Thoughts? Safeyy of mom and three kids? Location ideas?
