Has anyone done the Cozumel Bar Hop Bus? Web site says it goes to 5 different bars. It's $49.00 per person. Just wondering if it's worth it?

We did this tour last December. We really enjoyed it. Tom who runs the tour is a really great guy. I was in contact with him on several occasions as they needed a specific number of people in order to run the tour. There were supposed to be 3 couples (6 people), but one couple didn’t show from their cruise ship so it’s was just the 4 of us and Tom. I really appreciated him taking just the 4 of us instead of canceling.

We went to Punta Morena, Rasta Bar, Coconuts, Paradise Beach and Margaritaville. We had a very good time and enjoyed all the bars, drinks, and the company. Tom is a very nice, charismatic, fun host and I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to spend the day on the other side of the Island and have some fun.

In the spring of 2009 my daughter and I went on a Carnival cruise, She was being deployed to Iraq and I wanted to do something special. I was unaware of the "Party Bus" so we went to Paradise beach and back to town shopping. $18.00 taxi ride to Paradise, $20.00 back to town, and I can"t remember what they charged to get from town back to the dock.
I went on another cruise that fall with my husband and sister and we booked the "Bar hop". It was fantastic!!
You don't deal with taxi drivers, you get to see parts of the island that most don't get to (and if you go to Cozumel you have to take your camera and go to the "other side" that the party bus takes you to).
Even if you don't drink, this tour will be the highlight of you vacation as the sights at the bar beaches are fantastic. I wish I could be there now instead of in Nebraska!!!
Book your tour with Tom and feel confidant that his staff will take good care of you at very reasonable coast. I will be back, Love you all!!!!

If you look at the Cozumel ports of call board on Cruisecritic.com you will find tons of highly recommended reviews of this tour. We were't on a cruise when we did this trip. However, I review those boards for things to see and do on specific Islands and found out about this tour. So glad I did it was a fabluous day.

From the time my wife and I met Greg outside the cruise ship pier, we knew we were in for a great time. We went on the tour in October of 2010 and would definitely do it again. The tour changed it's stops. We did not go to Paradise Beach nor Margaritaville. Instead, we went to Playa Bonita and El Mirador along with Punta Morena, Rasta Bar, and Coconuts. There were 23 on the tour, but we were the only ones from our cruise ship. The others were from a different cruise ship and a couple that were staying at an all-inclusive on Cozumel. I think everyone had an excellent time.
