BA, Iguazu and Mendoza - how to pack? Left luggage locker at airport?

We (4 adults) are going to Argentina in October for two weeks. We will spend a week in BA, fly for a few days to Iguazu, then fly (via BA) to Mendoza for a few days. Then of course back to BA to fly home to Canada. The inter-AR flights don't allow much baggage (15 kgs). I was thinking we should pack a couple of small suitcases each and then leave one at the airport when we go to Iguazu and Mendoza. I am assuming one doesn't wear the same thing in BA as one does in Iguazu. This does seem cumbersome, however. Is there a more efficient way to do this?

Further to my post, I should mention that while in BA, we will be attending a week-long conference that will require we bring business and evening wear. Thanks!

Yes, jranger, I believe there are left-luggage lockers at our local airport, but I'll ask a better informed source to comment on this.

You should dress quite informally for Iguazú and it will be rather warm, so you are right about not needing business and evening wear.

In Mendoza, the weather should be, with any luck, our usual wonderful spring weather.

Have a great time in our country.

There is a place to leave your luggage at the domestic airport. There was a check in desk where you fill out info and then they take you to someone waiting for you in the parking lot who stores it. Just ask someone when you get there and give yourself abotu 30 minutes to take care of it.

You are too kind! I hope to return soon. It's still one of the places that you can get a lot for the US dollar and I would like to visit my Argentine friends.
Thanks for filling in the baggage details...it's been a few years.

Wondering if anyone has done this and what the results were? We are flying from Iguazu to Ushuaia via BA and will have a long enough layover to switch out luggage (necessary with only 15kg to work with). Has anyone had luck convincing AeroArg to check their luggage only through BA so they could switch bags?

Thanks for any help!

Now this luggage thing has got me worried. I was thinking that they would just charge me extra. My wife and I are honeymooning this Nov/Dec. 14 day cruise from Santiago to BA. Then we are Spending 2 days there, flying to Iguazu for 2 more, then flying to Mendoza for 4 days. then we are flying out of Mendoza to Santiago for the round trip home. Needless to say, we will be toting more than 15kg each.
