Airline between BA and Iguazu

What airline did you use between BA and Iguazu? Or what airline would you recommend? We already have our hotel in BA as well as Iguazu. Thanks for any/all information.

There are the Argentine and Lan Argentina which belongs to the Lan group from Chile, I would go in the last one.

Fly LAN. Both Aerolineas Argentina and LAN fly the route with several flights a day, but Aerolineas Argentina has been known to be late (like 70% of the time). I flew LAN and had no problemos.

Unbelievably, AER LINGUS also flies this route between BA and Iguazu. Friends of ours are booked on it for their July trip to Iguazu.

Weadles: I never heard of the Irish airline flying here.

In fact, I checked their website and did not find any such flight.

So, there must be some confusion.

Maybe they have an alliance with one of the local airlines?

Please ask your friends.

avrooster,

I will recheck about AER LINGUS flying between BA and Iguazu. I didn't believe it either, but this is what our friends told us!

Well, my friends must've been trying an early April Fool's joke! Turns out the airline they are booked on from BA to Iguazu is AUSTRAL AIRLINES, associated with Aerolinas Argentina, I think.

That sounds more likely. They would have been better off flying LAN.

Aer Lingus does not fly here, or I would certainly want to try them!

Yesˇˇˇ as far as i know in any country the only airlines that fly from city A to city B are the local ones. That is why Lan , is Lan Argentina in Argentina.
Very rearly you can get a foreign airliner from one city to another inside a given country. Did you ever heard of
Air France flying between New York and San Francisco or Iberia between St Lake City and Miami? I am glad the mistery was solved.
