Where to go in Mexico third week of June?
My family and I would like to go to a beach area the third week of June. Recommendations?

Would Puerto Vallarta be too hot?

PV would be fine. Just make sure you have A/C. I have been there in June having a great time, Now Mountain Mexico is great in June but you say you want the beach so PV is a excellent June choice.

Seriously... Any Mexican beach is going to be hot in the summer time. Puerto Vallarta is a fantastic destination. I'm sure your hotel will have a pool and air con.

Heat and Humidity combined are way too much for me/us during the summer on the coast.
Very many places just S of PV - the wonderful Costalegre - close May - Oct.
The central mountains are wonderful year round, but especially June - Oct as Sb implied.
