where to go before Santa Teresa, costa rica
Hi Fodorites,
Renting an airbnb in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica for a week end of May and wanted to explore the possibility of going 2 days prior to visit somewhere else. I saw that Montezuma was nearby but it looks very much like the same area. I tried to search itineraries on the web but its difficult when its something so specific and we would only have 2 extra nights. Do you think an additional 2 night stay in Montezuma would make sense ? Or is there another place that you would recommend? Its more convenient for us to fly into Liberia but could possibly also fly into san jose. If we go straight to Santa teresa we were thinking of taking a flight on the day of arrival to Tambor.
