WHERE TO EAT IN CANCUN, CHRISTMAS DAY?

We will be staying in Cancun at the Royal Sands Resort.
Does anyone have any idea as to what restaurants will be open for dinner on Christmas day? If so, where would you suggest? We like all types of food, and money is not an issue.
Thanks

If money is not an issue, Thr Ritz Carlton has an amazing Christmas Day dinner at their Club Grill.

They have five or six courses - each with wine. It was just superb and the entertainment was marvelous.

The tab was $250 for two with tip.

What is the entertainment at the Club Grill at The Ritz? Does it have a view of the ocean? How far is it from the Moon Palace Resort?

The Ritz will have a beautiful view of the ocean...but it's about a 1/2 hour drive from the moon palace.
