where is the most beautiful beach??

Hi Would like some sugestions on where there is a nice beach, powdery soft white sand, blue water, NO SEAWEED, No pebbles, no rough waters. would like to swim for awhile without dodging around things. Thanks

Hi Sue The beach in Varadero, Cuba is miles and miles of powdery white sand. The water is perfect to swim in on most days. There are few rocks and the water is calm.

Punta Cana Dominican Republic. The Bay at Tenacatita has coarse brown sand, much coarser than the powder at Punta Cana. Haven't been to Cuba but I've been told Varadero is overbuilt and crawling with drunken Canadians.

My vote goes to Tulum, Mexico. It is astounding what exists 2 short hours south of Cancun!

The entire Quintana Roo coast, from Cancun - Tulum - Xcalak, is blessed with many wonderful, different beaches some with breaks in the reef allowing for more surf, and many protected by the reef where there is little wave action like in Akumal and Tankah area. Yick, didn't like Mexican beaches at all!!! Try the carribean...maybe St. Martin,(french side) St. John, St. Lucia, Aruba, and the most beautiful beaches in the world...Anguilla. (A small island just 16 miles long...30 minute ferry ride from St. Martin.

Bermuda sounds like it fits your criteria. Beautiful!

The private beach @ Hotel Bora Bora. Multicolored fish swim up to you for the bread piece offerings and the warm waters are so clear you can see from your chin down to your toes as they wriggle in the very fine soft sand.

Without a doubt, Governor's Beach (yes, right behind the Governor's House, and it's public) on Grand Cayman. Perfect. Excellent snorkeling too, about 200 yard offshore.

My vote goes to the beaches of Guana Cay in the Abacos islands of the Bahamas. Will never forget swimming in the moonlight and being able to see your own feet at night!!

White Haven Beach in the Whitsunday Islands off the coast of Austrailia...but you can only get there by boat. Of course, that's one of the reasons it's the best! Besides beautiful, clear, very calm water and long white sand beach, it's not at all crowded..maybe 3 or 4 people in a half mile. Fabulous.

The beach you describe is what I always look for. I have searched throughout Mexico, the Southern Carribean, Punta Cana, the Bahammas and feel the best beach is in Little Dix Bay, Virgin Gorda. I also like Cane Garden Bay on Tortola.

Acapulco, nice powdery white sand, calm waters.
