Where is the best place for warm beach weather in November??

We are trying to find a good spot for our November (Thanksgiving week) trip. We'd prefer somewhere with a really nice, warm, beach/snorkel feel to it. We've been to Costa Rica and Panama and Playa del Carmen and loved all of those trips (except the bugs were unbearable that time of year in Panama). Any suggestions??
I looked into Isla Mujeres but I found out that there's no-see-ums there at that time of year (and I definitely don't want to repeat that experience!); Belize was a strong possibility until I found out that other times of year are much better as far as warm weather (so we'll save it for a different trip)...

Where do you stay in Cabo? Have you been there in November?

We have stayed at the Riu Palace, all-inclusive beachfront resort twice and love that resort. Depending on your budget there are many beautiful places to stay in Cabo. Are you looking for an all-inclusive or just accommodations?

Puerto Vallarta's nice that time of year. Beautiful weather. I've never had problems with bugs staying right within town.

Checkout La Manzanilla, Jalisco, Mexico 4 hours south of Puerto Vallarta. Small village on the Bay of Tenacatita. Great weather in November 84 in the day and mid 60s in the night with water temp of around 80 degrees great for snorkeling, boggie boarding, swimming and diving website to check

A perfect time for weather in Zihuatanejo. La Ropa is a beautiful beach.

We've stayed in Isla Mujeres in November and don't remember any no-see-ums or any bugs whatsoever. Maybe it has to do with the amount of rain they have received. It was very dry when we were there.

Anywhere in the Caribbean or Mexico is great that time of year. Hawaii is great too and surprisingly not too crowded at Thanksgiving. In fact, it's a slower season in a lot of places once you get out of the mainland US.
