Where are the sea caves in Costa Rica?

I need help. I am in Manuel Antonio now and want to go to the sea caves for the day, but I can't get reliable information on-line about where they are. I see Playa Ventanas referenced in a number of places, but I can't tell where that is on a map. Is it in Uvita? Drake Bay? somewhere else? Thanks!!

You need to head south a ways; Playa Ventanas is about 8 miles south of Uvita. Past Playas Ballena and Pinuela, but before Tortuga. There's a sign (not huge), an initially steep gravel road (no problem) right into a parking lot, with the owners taking a small parking fee (a couple of dollars). The beach is gorgeous.
