Yes, I have "something" of an idea of what you have invested. One day when we were there, we drove one of the profesoras from the language school our daughter was in from Flamingo to Huacas so she could catch a bus to Santa Cruz. She told us that her father has some property to sell on Playas Avellena (sp?) for $25 per sq meter. Gave us his number and everything. We thought it would be interesting to look into and the price seemed reasonable-. That is one of the small beaches south of Tamarindo that we have never been to, but I thought it sounded interesting! My husband just loves the central valley climate!

I didn't know if you would consider checking with Neta or not. It just occured to me that you are building the same size (small) property in the same price range, so I thought perhaps she could be helpful and I know she would be glad to chat about it. YES, it feels like Guanacaste here..101 with 100% humidity yesterday! We had a small freak 'cold front' come through, so it's only 95% today. Lovely. HA!
