What hotel has the bar with the great sunset view in MA?
I've heard people rave about a hotel bar in Manuel Antonio that has an amazing sunset view. Does anyone remember which hotel that was?

Neta is right. It's La Mariposa. We were staying at Villa Nicolas, but a friend who lives in Costa Rica asked us to meet him for happy hour at La Mariposa, and it was so wonderful we ended up spending ALL our happy hours there.

Is that the one with the Monkeys?We were there in 1995 and went to a bar for "Monkey hour"--the monkeys came right up to the railings of the deck for bananas, this was before we had a digital camera --I am going back again this year and wanted to try and find the Monkey bar again.

The "Monkey Bar" is Costa Verde Hotel. Their ad speal is "More Monkey's than People". Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to feed wild animals, or I should say what are supposed to be wild animals, but the reason they have monkeys come to their bar is because they do feed them. Mariposa has a much better view, but no monkeys.
