Warning Dishonest Store in SMA
 

Just wanted to tell any shoppers in SMA that almost a year ago we purchased a ceramic piece to be sent to us in the States. Its been almost a year, and the store keeps coming up with excuses as to why we have never received it...it broke, it got lost in the mail, it got stuck in customs..... The store is Hacienda Style at Zacateros #83A. We'd like our money back now, because we feel we'll never get our order. We've been patient and accepted all their excuses, but 11 months is a little long to wait for something that was supposed to take a month. So if you can't take it with you, don't expect to receive it or your money back!

Did you pay with Visa? You may be able to get a refund through them, since you didn't receive the order.

Or amex. I think the time period to file a dispute runs from when you receive the goods or service.

Unfortunately too much time has gone by and our credit card company can't do anything about it now. Its been over a week since their last email to me claiming it was in the hands of FedEx... and still nothing. Obviously they are lying.

Just keeping you all updated. Its now the 11th and the store has not yet given me the FedEx tracking number. They said they sent my package (after 10 months) by FedEx 2 weeks ago... either FedEx is really having delivery problems or this store, The Hacienda Style in San Miguel is really lying.
