Villas in Acapulco
We are considering a vacation with another family in Acapulco. We've heard wonderful things about renting a villa overlooking the Pacific, complete w/ swimming pool and staff to cook and clean. Any specific recommendations? Any particular agency that specializes in renting villas?

Hi John. I'm doing the same research. www.acapulcoluxuryvillas.com seems to be a good site--haven't yet talked with anyone there...
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has rented a villa in Acapulco.
Also: anyone know about the weather in the beginning of August?

The las brisas villages are generally very nice but be carefull some of the only have a few hours of sun because of their orientation. August is Low seasson because it is the rainy season, and if it doesn't rain the weather is on the hot side. But you can get really good deals.

I have rented several villas in Las Brisas over the years and have stayed at the Hotel recently. You should call or email the folks at Se Renta. The owner is a well known real estate guy names Ron Lavender. His son Jason is nice too. They have lots of good people and any can help. The website is www.acapulcoluxuryvillas.com.
Let me know if you want specific recomendations with certain villas.
