Vegetarians in BA

Thank you, yestravel. I'm not a vegetarian, but tourists who are, could take a look at the article, as I did.

Of course, all our "parrillas" offer salads, so vegetarians need not worry they'll starve, if they go to that kind of restaurant.

This is good information but as anyone who doesn't eat red meat or is a total vegetarian knows, you can get something good to eat in most restaurants here.
We don't eat red meat - we eat well in parrillas...grilled proveleta with a huge salad, great pasta dishes, rice dishes,vegetables that are grilled or roasted.
There are Italian restaurants here that do wonderful things with vegetables as well as pasta, there are Chinese and Indian restaurants .. it is not hard to eat well in Buenos Aires..

Add Casa Saltshaker www.saltshaker.net to the links..like Casa Felix, he is not a typical restaurant and like Felix, he doesn't always cook meat heavy menus.
