Ushuaia in late Oct how is weather

I never been to Puerto Madryn but I can tell you that Ushuaia it's a beautiful city next to de Beagle Channel and on the foot of the mountains.
There are lots of things to do there: navigate the Channel, many trails to do trekking, visit the "Estancias", visit the penitentiary, Tierra del Fuego National Park, etc.
The average temperatures for late Oct:
High 50-53 Fahrenheit degrees
Low 36-38 FD.

Ushuaia is a beautiful place to visit and late OCtober is not too cold nor windy and days are longer (the northern part of Tierra del FUego Island is more windy)
Puerto Madryn has also many things to do (whales and penguins)
