I there a side trip to Uraguay that is worthwhile without flying from BA. Will be visiting in early November 05

Take the ferry to Colonia, Uruguay for an enjoyable day trip. I assume you're going November "06."

Buquebus runs regular ferries that should work well for you.

keep in mind that uruguay is 1 hour ahead of argentina during that time.

My wife and I almost missed the ferry back b/c we didn't know then when we where there!
