Wow, I am so jealous! Wish I was headed back to CR today! Have a great trip!
In answer to your question, YES, there is an Original Canopy Tour at Tabacon. We did NOT do that particular tour. But it's the same company we used in Monteverde, and they are well respected and did a good job.
However, the biggest selling point about the Tabacon canopy tour is that if you are not staying at the resort, the cost of the tour ($45) includes entry to the hot springs, which otherwise would cost an additional $19-29, so it's a great deal. Since you are staying at Tabacon, that added bonus wouldn't really matter...
I think there also is a Sky Trek in the Arenal area if you want more of a rush... I'm not sure how many zip lines they have at the Tabacon tour. The one in Monteverde was 7 zip lines, so fewer than the Sky Trek's 11, but STILL tons of fun for us. Anyway, hope that helps. If you want to do the Original Canopy Tour at Tabacon, I'm sure the front desk could arrange it for you.
Here is the Web site: http://www.canopypago.com/tabacon.html

Good luck! Have fun!
