TriColor quote response time?
 

I requested a quote from TriColor 2 days ago and haven't heard back. Is this normal or should I try again? Thanks!

Send it again. You never know if there has been an elect. outage or what. Cynthia Segura usually responds. Maybe put her name in the subject line?

TriColor responded to me w/i hours of seeking a quote.Good rates.

They were kind of pokey getting back to me last year, and sure enough I've been waiting two days for a response to my latest email.

But, they are worth the wait if you have to. But, it couldn't hurt to resubmit.

Also, try using a direct email instead of their web form:

They got back to me within hours after I used that email link--they never did respond to my website submission.

Tricolor responded to me the same day, in the end I rented a car from www.wild-rider.com . They offered a lower rate for the Terios.
