Can anyone advise as to how far apart the 2 BA airports are? How long to allow for the trip? Thanks very much.

Piece of cake. As you start to leave the Int. Airport, look for the Manuel Tienda Leon booth. For $5.00 you can take the approx. 1 hour ride to Newberry(domestic airport.) A/C big bus. You can get off in town if you have time, leave bags in locked facility and wander around. Reboard on same ticket. Buses leaves every 30".

If you take a private car (remis) it will take approximately 45 minutes with no traffic. I would, for sure, give yourself 1 hour and 15 minutes to be safe and sure. This is just an alternative to a bus. The remis check-in stands are on the same floor and inside the EZE airport building. I use Annie Millet Transfers 6777 7777 and they have a english service for pre-arranging any transfers. Probable cost 60 Pesos maximum.

I think that what you want to know is how far apart the international airport (EZE) is from the domestic one in BA (AEP), right?<BR>They are around 45 km apart (approx. 28 miles), and how long it takes to get from one to the other depends on the time of the day. For instance, from 7 to 10 AM the rush hour goes on the direction (EZE-AEP) and in the evening (from 6 to 8 PM) it´s the other way round. You should add at least 30´during the rush hour.<BR>In general, it takes about 1 hour.<BR>

The airports are all the way across town from one another. You are flying into Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) and is located 30 kilometers from downtown Buenos Aires. You need to go to Jorge Newbery Domestic and Regional Airport, known as Aeroparque, and is located five minutes from downtown Buenos Aires. <BR><BR>The drive from eachother should be about 40 minutes but keep in mind it could take longer if there is a lot of traffic. The toll road going from the international airport is usually not busy but traffic can get congested once you approach the city. If you are short on time between flights, I'd strongly recommend you use someone like Mayri at [email protected]. She is my travel agent and she can arrange a private car to pick you up at your gate with your name on a sign. He will take your bags to his car, bring you to the other airport in a newer model luxury car. All this for about 55 pesos. <BR><BR>A taxi would cost around 35 pesos or so. it took me 55 minutes on a Wednesday morning. Cinthia picked me up at the international airport and escorted me to the domestic airport in BA, near Palermo parks. If I had to recommend someone, it would be Cintia, but you can just take a cab at the airport and you´ll be fine.
