Travel Adapter for Mexico

Will I need a travel adapter for Mexico, specifically for RIviera Maya, near Cancun?

And where is a good place to buy one?

Thanks!!!

You don't need one. Electricity in Mexico is the same as the US.

Awesome! Thanks, Suze!

Sometimes in older construction they may only have the 2-pronged type outlets. So if you have any 3-pronged kind of things, you can pick up a simple 3-to-2 adapter after you arrive.

Suze is correct. but your 3 to 2 prong adapters in Mexico as US ones do not work as they have two different sized prongs. The Mexican ones are both the same size.

I know that, that's why I said to pick it up after you arrive, if you find you need one! :-)
