When asked for a good local travel agent, I usually recommend Isabel.

Another recommendation for Isabel! She has arranged everything for our trip to BA in December. Very easy to work with, funny (!) and extremely honest about when it's cheaper to do your own bookings.

I have already booked airfare (internal as well) and hotels. Would Isabel still work with me to plan other things such as tours, car rentals, etc? I have had bad experience with other travel agents overcharging, but she seems to have such glowing reviews on here I'm willing to give it a try!
