SUV Automatic

Any advice on where to rent an automatic SUV. The major rental car agencies only have manual transmissions.

I am assuming you are asking about Costa Rica.

We rented from Dollar twice and they do have automatic SUVs but only the big ones (Nissan Pathfinder or similar). Contact them directly by e-mail at [email protected]

I'm sorry - I'll be renting and returning the car from San Jose Int'l Airport in Costa Rica.

We have rented mid size SUV from Elegante and Adobe, both were automatics.

If you are indeed asking about CR....
Avanti Rental Cars www.avantirentacar.com
has automatic Suzuki Gran Vitaras. On their website you will find a toll free number tthat gets you directly to their CR office.
Thrifty Rental Car rents 2005 Toyota Rav 4 automatics. Thrifty's 800 # can give you the local CR office number. If you do reach them, ask for Tiziana. She's terrific!!

I am renting an Automatic Toyota RAV4 from National Car Rental in two weeks. Pickup/dropoff at the San Jose airport.

We rented a Mitsubishi Outlander for 10 days in July 2005 from Adobe. They had this vehicle in a manual and an automatic and it was more money because it was an automatic.
