Strange Request...La Pecora Nera
 

I have a question for anyone who has eaten at La Pecora Nera in Playa Cocles. I am holding my wedding reception there and as part of a thank you gift my fiance and I want to buy the chef/owner, Illario, a t-shirt...the question is what size to get for him? I know from what I've read that he is a very personable man and if you have ever eaten at his restaurant you have probably met him...so if anyone who has met him could get back to me with a guess as to his t-shirt size I would be forever grateful!!! Thank you so much!!

I did eat there two years ago,and I did meet the owner. Unfortunately, I can't tell you what size he is. The fact that he doesn't stand out in my mind as particularly large or small tells me you'd be okay with a medium or large sized T-shirt. Frankly, I found his restaurant more memorable. You will love it, and I would think it would be a perfect place for a reception. Good luck.

Now I wish I'd paid more attention to the man! :) We were there last July (several times), and I remember him as kind of a large man. Maybe an XL? Seems like he was tall--at least in my admittedly feeble mind! :) Congrats!

Her companion, Arbel, ate there and spoke with the owner. He is quite a people person and might well remember more details about him! :)
