spring break help

We are trying to plan a trip to Mexico for spring break for 6. My husband and I are both HS teachers so we don't want to run into our kids, but are still in our 20's and want to have fun and be on the beach. Any suggestions? We were thinking PV, but any help would be appreciated. Also, would you do all inclusive or hotel? Thanks!

If you decide on the Puerto Vallarta area but do not want to run into the students from your school, try some of the outlying areas, like Bucerias, Sayulita, San Pancho. They are beautiful, you get the beaches and more of the Mexican culture, but not the downtown PV hot spots where the kids are more apt to head.
