I am sure they have a spa at the hotel or any hotels of that caliber do. I know the Fiesta Americana has someone that does massages under a palapa on the beach. I stayed there and had a massage it was wonderful. If you're interested her name was Susan.

Venus, a spa right in the downtown. Half the price of what you will spend in the hotels, and absolutely lovely. I went there three times last year while I was in PV. They even have a rooftop hut where they do massages. Do a google search. I believe they have a website. There is also another spa that you must take a cab too (unfortunately, I forgot the name). It's about an 8 minute cab ride up in the mountains. The areas where you receive massages are basically built into the side of the mountain. Very lovely, however, more expensive than Venus but worth a one time experience.
