We will be spending 8 days in Cabo San Lucas in December..and have another 8 days after that. We were in Todos Santos for a few days last year and plan on returning. Are there other areas of interest that are worth checking out; or should we just spend our 8 days in Todos? day trips from Todos?

La Paz?

We were thinking of La Paz...just started reading up on it.

What about the east cape area,off the beaten path towns of Los Barriles, Buena Vista, Cabo Pulma or inland the town of Santiago was great for something different. In March we spent 6 days in this area at Palmas de Cortez then went to Casa del Mar on the corridor in Cabo. Cabo is just too grown up for me now but still love the beaches & I'd rather shop in San Jose del Cabo. Have a great time!

you could spend a couple nights in la paz (have to drive to beaches) and then drive up the coast to loreto.
