Size conversion chart

Not quite travel, but does anyone know of a decent size conversion chart for Brazilian clothes? Are clothing sizes equal across Latin America? I'd like to ask a friend to buy some clothes in Brazil but I have no idea what the equivalents to a womens US size 2 and 4 are. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Sizes 2/4 would correspond approx. here to size 38.
