Shuttle tip PV

Hello,
Sorry, but I just couldn't find any info by searching the forums.

Despite the fact that I was stiffed nearly 100% of the time by international travelers when I drove a cab back in college, I refuse to be that guy when I head to Puerto Vallarta next week.

We have an arranged shuttle from the airport to Dreams PV. What is customary for a party the 3 of us?

What is the cost of the ride? It is not customary in PV to tip taxi drivers, unless they do something special like help you with luggage. But I confess I usually do tip, about a standard 15% of the fare.

The ride is pre-arranged - included in the price of our package, so I don't know how much the shuttle would cost out right.

Gosh, sorry I just don't know. For 3 people and all the way south to Dreams, I might give ~$10usd? But truly I'm just guessing. There's a good Puerto Vallarta destination forum over at Trip Advisor, you might check there too.

IMO a tip is not necessary.
