LOL, my husband must look like he has had the time of his life most of the time. He even earned the name of crash in one place. His problem is that he is always looking up at birds and not watching his feet!

We usually have the polysporin as well but that is a good idea to use the cosmetic pads with alcohol. When my husband was working we would use the little prep pads that they use for shots but he is retired now so we are looking for an alternative.

We had always dreamed about going to New Zealand and Australia when he retired. I'll bet that was a wonderful trip. We saved up over 200,000 ff's. He has family in New Zealand so between the two things we could have really saved some money. I'm still hoping to get there but for now the money has gone to buy a place in CR. and the ff's are slowly disappearing on travel to other places as well as our frequent trips to CR. I am still thinking about a walk across England now that timing is not such an issue with us.

Will definitely look into those crocs. I have the same problem feet that you have.

I like that idea of scratches as a badge of the amount of fun that you have had. That will probably help with our daughter.

Suzy, that is such a fun story about the band aids. Have you used them all yet?

Just wanted to add that we always pack Arnica (for bruises and sore muscles) and Calendula (for cuts, burns, sunburns and rashes).

Also I think that the blue Crocs are cute because they are very Smurf-like!
