Secrets in Cancun
 

Has anyone ever stayed at the Secrets Excellence Resort in Cancun? It looks really beautiful..

Secrets is not really in Cancun. It is a bit south in the Riviera Maya. There is Secrets Excellence (soon to be just Excellence) and Secrets Capri. Both are adults only all inclusives.

I found out that the Secrets Excellence will not be available after this Oct. Capri, which is in Playa de Carmen will be available. I stayed 2 years ago at the Royal Hideaway in PDC and am looking for something equally as nice. Is anyone familiar with Secrets Capri??

Go to trip advisor for some reviews. Secrets Excellence will be changing management and will just be called Excellence. It's supposed to be even better (so they say) than before.
From what I've heard about Royal Hideaway, I don't know if any Secrets resort can compare to it.

I loved Royal Hideaway. However the only negative I could say about it is that after dinner the place is dead. I don't want to have to go into town, and I don't mean I want to drink all night either. But some type of evening entertainment would be nice, a show or music to dance to. I understand that Secrets does have this. I looked on their website. The Capri seems to be so remote. What about Excellence?
