We used Travelair last year. From what I read they are more reliable and on time than Sansa. I have read about people making their reservations on Sansa from US which were not honored in CR and Sansa overbooking flights. Again, that is not based on personal experience. We found Travelair on time and reliable, they also offer discounts for kids which was important for us.

We took Sansa last July from Tamarindo to San Jose. The flight was ontime, our tickets honored (Though this particular airport had no ticket booth, or any kind of facility - pretty much a 12-yr old looked at our tickets and said we were OK).

Actually Sansa has far more flights, better service and is recognized by everyone in the country here as a better airline than travelair. We book plenty of domestic flights here in CR and never use Travelair at all.
Sansa is definitely the preferred airline.
Enjoy your trip!
Robbie
