safe for lay away in mexico city??
 
are there any immediate concerns i should have staying in mexico city airport within the next two weeks?? shes going crazy!

Oh Come on! Anybody that scared probably should stay home. Literally 1000's of tourists travel through This very fine airport everyday with no problems. Far safer than 90 % of US ones.

If you have to "leave" Mexico for a while, go to the Hilton Hotel (connected to the terminal). There are a couple of restaurants and a bar, and you're in airport land.
