Royal Hideaway ?

The Royal Hideaway looks great. Is the price worth it for a long weekend ?

Of course whether something is "worth it" is a very personal evaluation but I can tell you that I have travelled fairly extensively in Mexico and the Caribbean and found RH gets my award for "best value upscale vacation" -- the dinners alone would cost you at least $150 at another location. Depending on where you are coming from, Cancun is a pretty easy trip (we went direct from Philadelphia) and it's an easy shuttle ride from the airport. You can leave the US on an early morning flight and get to the RH before noon because they are on central time.

It is expensive, but, I think worth it. It's about as close to perfection as you can get.

Thanks, booked it. Looks perfect for what we're looking for
