Roatan weather in May/June
 

What can I expect for the weather in May/June in Roatan? I am finding it difficult to locate weather information.

I am also looking for a small, secluded place to stay. No need for parties and would like to avoid all cruise ships if possible.

Hot and humid is my guess, though the breezes help. Rainy season typically starts in October, I believe. We rented a little, funky house, the "Casa Amor" - nothing fancy but very comfortable - from Caribbean Seashore Rentals:

The little houses have since changed hands but are likely still rented. We paid $50/night. The place is in the Sandy Bay area a few miles east of West End in a beachy neighborhood - great snorkeling from the dock. Happy trails!
