I agree that Atlantic Air is probably your best choice -- believe it flies three days a week to Belize City from Roatan, with an intermediate stop or two. Maybe Us$130-$150 one-way. There's also a weekly boat, on Mondays, the Gulf Cruza, from Puerto Barrios to Placencia -- maybe 4 hours and Us$50 (prices may have gone up recently, what with increases in gas prices).
