Riviera Maya?

We honeymooned at the Aventura Palace in the Mayan Riviera it was paradise. We had the best time, it was adults only, a big plus, great food, great service, and met great couples who we now plan to meet every year for our anniversary.

Here is the website we booked our trip through
www.get-me.to/cancun

Ang

Hi Stephanie,

Visit the Tankah/Tulum area of the Mexican Riviera. Here you will find the perfect mix of privacy, adventure,
romance, beautiful beaches and great restaurants . Go to bed listening to the waves just a few feet away, get up
and watch the sun rise, snorkel, visit ancient ruins, sunbathe, visit authentic Mexican towns or drive to Cancun
and Playa del Carmen for the day or night life. We celebrate all our anniversaries and my daughter will be married at our home, Casa Tropical next year.

Plan for your honeymoon to be an original, and not run of the mill. Visit http://CasaTropical.com Casa Tropical
Tankah... Romantic, Mayan Riviera, beachfront villa, located on privately owned, 1/2 acre lot. Located in
Tankah, Mexico, a 1 hour drive south of Cancun airport, 3 miles north of the Tulum ruins, with other major
archaeological sites within driving distance. Great views with barrier reef just offshore, and Manatee Cenote up
the beach for diving, snorkeling or swimming, jungle style. Two guests quarters with kitchenettes, private patios,
maid, gardener, manager. Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve is just south of Tankah and Tulum. Other places of interest nearby.

Hidden Worlds snorkel & dive tours of cenotes
http://hiddenworlds.com.mx/

Xel-Ha
http://www.xelha.com.mx/

Aktun Chen
www.aktunchen.com

Maps of Riviera Maya Can-do Maps
http://WWW.cancunmap.com/

Check out this web site for tours lead by the Friends of Sian Ka'an group. It is a non-profit organization and tour guides are usually biologists. Very informative tours lead by a very worthwhile organization.
Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve
http://www.cancun.com/siankaan/

photo of tankah's cenote'
http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smithsonian/issues98/apr98/diver_jpg.html

Best regards,

Carole
Casa Tropical
Photo Album of Casa Tropical
http://community.webshots.com/album/21853140fZQuralFFw
Thanks Angie, what time of year did you go?

Honeymoons Specialist Jun 3rd, 2002 11:52 AM

There is a hotel on the Mayan Suncoast to fit every personality.
For honeymoons I suggest Royal Hideaway for elegance or El Dorado Royale for a very special experience.
Paradisus and either Iberostar are other good choices.
www.wiredflyer.com
These agencies all specialize in this area, especially MYB Vaations in Texas and Prinicpal Travel or CWT Peachtree Travel in Georgia

What all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya area do you suggest for a family with two toddlers? Thanks!

Iberostar Quetzal or Paraiso, Riu Yucatan, Gala Resort are all great family properties. Most children's programs they have to be 4-12.
Crown Paradise Club in Cancun is the only one with a Babies Program
