Rio- September and April

What is the temperature in September and April? What season is it?
It's always a good time to go to Rio. It's just inside the Tropic of Capricorn. Think Havana or Honolulu.

Go to weather.com and type Rio de Janeiro into box 1, then Go. scroll down to see the link for averages and records.

It's fall in April and spring in September. It's never cold in Rio de Janeiro so you can expect April temperatures from mid-70s to mid-80s. In September, you can expect low-70s to mid-80s but it tends to rain more in September than in April. If you go outside the city of Rio de Janeiro, though, to the mountain region, temperatures are lower.

The seasons in Rio are the opposite of the US.
