Media Luna on 5th, close to the Blue Parrot Beach Bar. There is a half moon hanging out front. Very small and intimate atmosphere, but still good 'people watching' if you get a table next to the street, and excellent fish!

Recommend Babe's. Owned and run by a swedish couple - interesting dishes, great drinks.

all the above plus these: Buenos Aires Steak House and Casa de Aqua. The first is on calle 6 off of 5th and the later is on 5th across from Pez Villa.
