question for Suze ( and anyone else)
 

Hi Suze-thanks for your answers to my previous questions. They have helped us decide where to stay, etc. One further question however:We will be staying at the Dreans resort and spa in Mismaloya PV and booking through Travelocity but they ( and all other booking sites ) want to sell me ground transportation for $40 per person round trip for a total of $80 for my wife and I. I like to have all details buttoned down but it seems that a cab to and from the hotel would be much cheaper. Can you give me a cost estimate for two people using a cab ? Thanks again

Airport taxi should be about 350 pesos (now US$26.00) for 3 people and luggage.

Cabron beat me to it. I'll just add it's very easy to get a taxi (from the marked booth in the lobby of the airport) upon arrival. Rates are by zone and posted.

I agree with the above reponses I always get a taxi when we are at the airport it's much better than anything else, usually if you book transportation with a pkg they include the transfer but it is by bus or van and they always drop as many people off that they can. I hate to have to wait to drop all the other people off. Taxi is the best way to go. Enjoy your trip. Dreams is a very nice place.
