Punta Mita gated community for VRBO?
 

Hi,

I am looking to book a last minute Punta Mita trip for the family. I have heard that Punta Mita has a gated area that you can rent condos via VRBO. But, then still access all the restaurants at the hotels. Does anyone have an experience with this? Or a suggested property to look at. We want a pool, beach but be able to walk to restaurants if possible.
