Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay info?

We have been offered a timeshare use at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, Mazatlan...has anyone stayed there? Would appreciate any information you might have to offer to include on-site restuarants, distance to other activities, facilities etc. I will take a look at their web site but cannot always be sure of what they are offering!

Dear BYoung:

I have never been to PB Emerald Bay, but have stayed at PB Sunset Beach & Blanco in Cabo. Both are great and I have heard good things about Em. Bay.

You may want to check out www.tripadvisor.com or Timeshare User Group:

http://www.tug2.net/

for reviews and info.

Good luck & have fun,

MY

After many years of turning down timeshare offers, we bought at Emerald Bay 2 years ago, and haven’t regretted it for a second; we’re headed down there tomorrow for our second visit.

There is nothing on-site except their own facilities, but all of them are excellent. Getting into town is a hassle, using their scheduled shuttle and having only one destination point.

Have just returned from Mazatlan and our stay at Emerald Bay...and yes it is a ways out of town but they do have most facilities you would want on site. The restaurant gets some good reviews but we were not all that impressed...the pools, views, rooms etc. were outstanding. We did find a wonderful restaurant not far at all from the hotel...it is located at Playa Las Brujas (can't remember name but all taxi drivers know it)Great shrimp and lobster dishes..If anyone going there has any questions please send me an e-mail at [email protected] . Happy travels, Bob
