Playa del Carmen Help (!)

Trying to plan a trip to PdC for Thanksgiving week -
Looking for a AI with a great beach (if possible off shore snorkeling)- and a place that offers a 1-bedroom suite (with a pull out couch) -- 1 couple traveling and 1 single.

Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Erica

We're going to Palladium Grand resort & Spa( on Playa Kantenah -30 minutes(?)South of Playa Del Carmen). They do have junior suits with sofa beds in a separate area.Website: fiesta-hotels.com -check it out and see .We stayed with Fiesta's in Punta Cana a couple times , it's a great co.

try the royal hideaway I think it's adults only I'm not sure but the best all inclusive in Pdc.

RH is adults only.

You will not find much snorkeling off the beach in PDC. Most of the resorts have lots of sand but no reefs up close. Try Cozumel for better snorkeling!

RH is NOT adults only , It's 13 and older. You just don't see much young people there , cause the place is very quiet , romantic , more popular with honeymooners ,not to mention that it's the MOST pricey one in Riviera Maya .The snorkeling in front of RH is almost..nothing, better snorkeling further down South -(Akumal,Kentenah ect..)

Thanks for everyone's help.

We are now looking into Cozumel, as it seems they offer better snorkeling.

Again,
Thanks
