I'm sure we'll be at Colbert's for dinner again during our Peace Lodge stay in early August. I'll visit with the owner/chef about the possibilities.. . . maybe get a menu for you, etc.

While we're on the topic of the Peace Lodge, the last time we went we somehow completely missed the last waterfall - the big one. Someone told me you have to exit to see it - is that right? How do you get to the viewing spot? I don't really know how we missed the biggest thing on the grounds - lol!
