Patagonia, Atacama Desert, or Rio in Sept?

I'm going to South America for 2 weeks in September. So far I'm planning on going to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, and Santiago. I'm now debating adding on Patagonia, the Atacama Desert, or Rio de Janeiro. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I loved Torres del Paine in Patagonia and am dying to go to Atacama, but I would check the weather for that time of year before making a decision.

I agree with hills, I wouldn't recommend Patagonia in September. Atacama Desert of course! Go ahead! You'll gonna love it.

Rio is fabulous. If it fits into your schedule, you will love the time you spend there. But I'd also suggest that you are careful of trying to pack too much into one trip. Be sure you have enough time in each location to really enjoy it, rather than spending all of your time on planes.

If you go to Rio there is still the option of going to Buzios wich is one of the most famous destinies of Brazil and only two hours from Rio. In september is getting warm again and is not to crowded .you should spend amazing time in Rio and relax at those incomparable beaches of Buzios
