Panama Hotel and Tour Guide Recommendations Needed!!
 

Hi,
We are leaving for Panama Thursday. We arrive Friday AM and have the full day to do anything. Does anyone have a tour guide they would recommend? There are four of us (mid-late 30's) traveling together. Ideally we would like to see as much of the city as possible and stick to our own schedule for flexibility throughout the day. We will be passing the locks on a cruise, so do not need to see the canal.

We are staying at the Bristol Hotel the first evening and then begin the cruise. After our cruise, we have 1.5 days again to spend in the city. Any must stops? Any must restaurants? What hotel would you recommend for our last evening? What area is safest at night?
