Costa Rica is a very kid friendly place, so that shouldn't be a problem. In Osa most of the entertainment comes from wildlife and outdoor activies, so that would be the entertainment. A lot of places don't have TV or anything if that's a necessity. That said Lost Iguana, Black Turtle Lodge, Crocodile Bay Lodge, Cabinas Caletas are some places in Osa that have beach access and tours that are offered.

We met people on our plane that stayed at Crocodile Bay and loved it - haven't been there ourselves; we stayed at Bosque del Cabo, which sits high above the beach.
